Who Are We?
Tenancy Deposit Claims are expert solicitors who endeavour to protect tenants like you and their legal rights. We have a dedicated specialist team who are used to dealing with landlords, day in, day out.
We fight hard for you and are committed to securing the best possible outcome, and we will keep you up to date in relation to your case, every step of the way.
See below for more reasons to use us for your claim.
No Win, No Fee
Even after this free initial enquiry, there will still be no fees to pay if you do not win your case. We work under a Conditional Fee Agreement, sometimes known as “no win, no fee”. This means there is no payment required to begin your claim, and you only pay our fees if your claim is successful. Our expert Solicitors will talk you through the claim if court action becomes necessary and the additional protection that may be required by using After the Event Insurance to reduce the risk you of you having to pay the Landlords costs if you lose.
Free Enquiries
Our expert team do not charge for your initial enquiry. When you send in the details of your case to us, we will assess your claim and let you know honestly if we think you have a good chance of success. There is also no obligation to use our service after we have contacted you about your enquiry. Consumer choice must be at the heart of supporting clients through their journey.
Let us do the chasing
Our solicitors understand how annoying it can be to chase landlords, particularly if they are not very easy to get a hold of. It can also be a little worrying for Tenants to have direct contact with their Landlord when there is a dispute. Our solicitors can take this hassle away from you. We understand it can be a weight off your shoulders to have a professional solicitor deal directly with your Landlord. This can leave you to sit back and relax while the issue gets solved.
Personal dedicated case handler
All of our clients’ cases are dealt the care and compassion they require. Each client is allocated a specialist Tenancy Deposit Solicitor who will work on the case from start to finish. You will have direct contact with your Solicitor who will keep you updated on your case.
No Legal Jargon
Our team will update you in plain English. We won’t use confusing language and legal jargon, and will speak to you in a clear and easy to understand manner.
We Understand The Law
We know that from 6th April 2007, every residential Landlord who has taken a Deposit from a Tenant is legally required to protect that deposit. If your Landlord hasn’t done so within 30 days of you giving them the deposit, you could be owed compensation.
